Her specialty classes focus on mantra, meditation and freeing up space in the body through a practice that encourages micro-movement and choice-making.
A long-time member of the Family Violence Project (FVP) treatment team for domestic violence and addiction recovery, she teaches regularly at a FVP shelter, Day One Recovery, and SASSMM programs, and she offers unique workshops in trauma-informed principles for yoga teachers and in self-care for service providers & family members suffering from vicarious trauma. She's also a contributor to Yoga Service Council's upcoming text Best Practices in Yoga for Survivors of Sexual Trauma.
