Beth Jones


Beth teaches Kripalu Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra and Trauma Center's Trauma Sensitive Yoga method.  Her specialty classes focus on mantra, meditation and freeing up space in the body through a practice that encourages micro-movement and choice-making.  A long-time member of the Family Violence Project (FVP) treatment team for  domestic violence and addiction recovery, she teaches at FVP and at Day One Recovery.  She's also a contributing writer to Yoga Service Council's new book, Yoga and Resilience: Empowering Practices for Survivors of Sexual Trauma (Handspring Press, 2020)”
