We also believe that there is a form of yoga that will benefit you. To help you find it we try to bring various styles of yoga in the form of workshops, trainings, and specialty class series.
Join Erika Bernardini for a Six Week Prenatal Series
Thursdays: September 19 - October 24 from 6 - 7 pm
Nurturing and inspiring! This class for mothers-to-be is designed to lovingly support you during these beautiful--yet often times challenging--phases in life. Breathing, relaxation, gentle asana and inspirational readings/resources will support you in truly nurturing yourself during all stages of pregnancy and beyond.
Join Kristy McNaughton for a positive, uplifting workout, energizing and rejuvenating! This yoga inspired movement workout will empower the soul! Grab your friends and move through music centered yoga, pilates and body weight exercises, combined with guided free movement. Follow it up with de-stressing meditation, to wrap up the renewed and refreshed you.
Join Carol Paradis on Saturday, October 19: 4 - 6 pm
A practice using yoga to manage our internal climate to forecast better weather on the health front.
This workshop will touch on Ayurvedic understanding of the movement of wind in our bodies and mind, early signs of common imbalances, helpful hints on managing these and a nourishing yoga practice to bring us to earth. This practice is appropriate for all levels.
Deepen your relationship to your own energy with this eight week series for the Chakras. Using systems of exercise sets with breath, mantra and meditations from Kundalini Yoga (the yoga of awareness), we’ll experience the body’s Chakras which are energy spirals that run along the spine. Seven of them, each associated with the glandular system, emotion and mental source, plus the eighth that begins to link us to higher consciousness, fill this series with the rich material that makes feel more alive and balanced. Fall is a great time to find your ground within.

Each Wednesday and Friday, one of these 200 hr accredited yoga teachers will offer a Community Class at School Street Studio.
Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:45 pm and Friday from 5 - 6 pm.
