In this sound healing journey guided by former Universal Recording Artist, Ben Carroll, we will utilize the sounds of his 4 octave voice, singing bowls, solfeggio tubes, and various other sound tools to journey deep within ourselves with the intention of reconnecting to our higher self and to strengthen our own intuition and inner knowing.

For Yoga Teachers, School Teachers & Staff, Direct Care Providers & Clinicians
Where the body is concerned, there are often no words, only sensation and our relationship to that, which is deeply personal. This is the landscape of interoception. This half day workshop is meant to be a time where people can come to understand the experience of trauma-informed yoga and interoception as a practical, simple but challenging healing modality. This is for people who want to know, understand the material behind the words—fellow yoga teachers, school teachers, direct care providers, people affected by trauma, family members and clinicians. A packet of information and a full TSY protocol practice is offered. Please bring a light lunch for the hour break. This is a great time to network and learn.

inanna sisters

Saturday, May 30 //  4 - 6 pm
Lifebreath is a breathing modality that inspires a journey of self discovery through mind, body and spirit. This practice of deep breathing is supported by a facilitator providing energy work, reiki, light acupressure touch and sound healing. You will be asked to hold an intention. Conscious breathing combined with an intention produces a powerful effect in bringing about desired outcomes.

You will learn a deep breathing technique that will last about 45 minutes and then we will begin to slowly relax the breath ending with stillness. You will lie on a mat with blankets to create a comfy nest. The studio does provide a yoga mat, blanket and bolster but you may want an extra blanket and whatever else will make you more comfortable as you will be lying on the floor for about an hour. There will be time for sharing and grounding. You might like to bring a journal and a bottle of water.

Investment: $45
