Day of Mindfulness: Sunday, January 27, 11 am - 5 pm
A commitment is needed for all five days and the all day silent meditation day.
Based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) method developed by Jon Kabat Zinn, this course allows beginners to develop a meditation practice or advanced practitioners to deepen theirs.
(Past MBSR participants welcome to drop-in on the Day of Mindfulness on 1/27, for a fee of $70 and bring your lunch.)
$300 (CEUs are offered for an extra fee)
Continuing Education Credits of 16 contact hours approved by the University of Maine are available for a $60 fee.
Enrollment limited to 12. Pre-registration is required.
