Join Kristy McNaughton for a positive, uplifting workout, energizing and rejuvenating! This yoga inspired movement workout will empower the soul! Grab your friends and move through music centered yoga, pilates and body weight exercises, combined with guided free movement. Follow it up with de-stressing meditation, to wrap up the renewed and refreshed you.
Kristy McNaughton, the instructor, with 15 years of Group Fitness experience, is full of life and boundless energy. She creates a welcoming space for her students who often feel transformed by session’s end. Kristy’s knowledge and experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and as a Journey Dance Apprentice allows her to create her own choreography incorporating yoga movement, enhanced by her love of music, rhythm and dance. She enjoys the transformation of each individual, and concludes her classes with thought provoking recitations, to allow students to think deeply, and more worldly.
