This is a continuation of a chakra-focused set of exercises that include breath, energetic and restful timed movements, mantra and meditation. Rest is as important as movement in restoring and balancing chakras and energy over all. This is a whole systems experience! Come have fun with us! No experience necessary.

Using systems of exercise sets with breath, mantra and meditations from Kundalini Yoga (the yoga of awareness), we’ll experience the body’s Chakras which are energy spirals that run along the spine. Seven of them, each associated with the glandular system, emotion and mental source, plus the eighth that begins to link us to higher consciousness, fill this series with the rich material that makes feel more alive and balanced. Fall is a great time to find your ground within. All levels welcome.
Beth Jones, E-RYT 500, is a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Faciltator, also trained in Kripalu Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga (KRI) & Reiki III.
