In-Person Classes - Please sign up ahead online to secure your spot (only 12 students allowed in class). Please wear a mask to your mat, masks are optional on your mat. If unvaccinated, please practice with us on zoom. We will ask for a one time show of vaccination cards to practice in person - either show at door or email to
