
Kundalini Yoga Class

As more light arrives this spring, we can prepare ourselves to make the same changes that we observe in the natural world and sustain our own light within. After a dark, long season of winter, we may feel heavy, muddy, winterbound. In this six-week series we will tone the body and clear energy blocks with specifically selected exercise sets and hearten our way with life-affirming mantra and meditations from the ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga.
No experience necessary. All welcome. Adaptations offered.
