High tail it to School Street Yoga on Feb 2 11:30am – 12:15pm for a special PoP uP Groundhog Day Pranayama and Soundbath (Focused Breathing and Crystal Bowls).
Let’s take a mini hibernation together and let the good vibrations wash over us and resonate within us.
Beyond a shadow of a doubt this will be a relaxing experience.
This event is free with I ♥ yoga, or $14/drop in.  No experience needed.
