Qigong for Beginners

Qigong (氣功) is an ancient Chinese health and wellness practice. The movements —
qigong — increase energy and vitality, moving stagnant energy and blockages. In this workshop, we will learn how Qigong is linked to earth elements, seasons, and animals. We will learn to use movement, intention, breath, visualization, and self-massage to promote the free flow of qi to improve our physical, emotional, mental,
and spiritual well-being.
