Barre-less Barre
Wednesdays, Febuary 7 – 28, 8:30 – 9:30 am
Barre-less barre is a total-body, low-impact workout that integrates elements of pilates, yoga, dance, and strength training.
Movements develop muscle endurance and control, flexibility, balance, and core strength.
Beginners welcome. Please pre-register online or at the studio.
Note: Our regular 9:00 am Hatha yoga class will be on a brief hiatus so we can offer this special class in February.
