Join us for a special Partner Yoga class designed for couples, friends, spouses, or anyone looking to share the experience of yoga with a loved one! This unique class blends restorative poses with tandem techniques, allowing you and your partner to support each other through gentle stretches and mindful movements. Whether you’re looking to deepen your connection or simply try something new, this class offers a peaceful yet playful way to experience yoga together. No prior yoga experience required—just bring an open heart and a willing partner!
