Hula Hoop Series
Mondays, January 5, 12, 19 & 26, 4:00 – 5:00 pm
This is a fun, full body workout for every level. Move to music with hula hoops! No experience needed. And if you were never successful as a kid, you will be now!
This workout is about laughter, core, arm strength, posture, and coordination. The hoops are provided. Best of all, it’s fun!
Space is limited. Please pre-register online or at the studio. $55/person for the four-class series; $35/person with I 💚 Yoga.
