Unwind and deeply restore in Jackie Quigley’s gentle class designed to calm the nervous system and support healing. Using supported restorative yoga poses, breath awareness, and the subtle energy of reiki, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and balance. Reiki is offered to encourage energetic harmony while you rest comfortably in each pose. This practice is accessible to all levels and perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, renewal, and a sense of inner peace.
