Learn to become your own massage therapist using simple, effective self-myofascial release techniques. In this experiential workshop, you’ll discover how to use foam rollers and massage balls to release chronic tension, improve posture, and ease joint and muscle pain. Whether you’re an athlete, yogi, desk worker, or just living with daily aches, this class will empower you with tools to restore balance and freedom of movement. All levels welcome!
