Hello! I’m Teresa, and I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. In 2011, I was encouraged to apply for a position to provide massage for hospice patients who would be referred to me. I applied, was contracted, and have been honored to provide my services ever since to those who have been referred to me. My “toolbox” includes Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapy (IE T)® Master Instructor, and Reflexology practitioner, all of which are integral parts of my practice.
I have lived in the Waterville/Winslow area since 1983.

Abbey Moore-Kneipp
Abbey has completed over 200 hours of Thai massage training and is passionate about helping people feel their best. Thai massage, also known as Thai yoga massage, combines elements of acupuncture, acupressure, and passive yoga stretches. Abbey’s technique includes using her hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply pressure, stretch, and gently move the client’s body through various yoga-like poses. Treat yourself to some grounding, movement, healing and recovery.
