Block Party: A Playful Yoga Workshop

Sunday, July 13, 1:00 – 2:30 pm

BLOCK PARTY is a 90-minute yoga workshop that turns humble yoga blocks into tools for strength, mobility, and play. It’s creative, uplifting, and open to all levels.

What we’ll do:

  • Explore fresh ways to use blocks for support, strength & stretch.
  • Play with balance, stability, and coordination.
  • Laugh, learn, and move with joy!

Perfect for summer Lighthearted, energizing, and welcoming to locals and
visitors alike.

Led by Terry Littlefield, a movement/yoga teacher, breath educator, and joy instigator. Terry teaches with science, spirit, a sprinkle of humor, and tons of education. She is a 500E-RYT and continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance with certifications in Reiki, Tapping, Somatic/Restorative Yoga, Laughter Yoga, and Girls Gone Strong, strength coaching for women.

$30/attendee or $20 for attendees with I 💚 yoga
